I can only recommend! Great pizzas, salads, Bruchetta and also dessert that I tried for the first time today and as a pastry chef I can only say very, very tasty! Price-performance ratio always top!

Usually we like it but today I was very disappointed. Ordered spaghetti with seafood and got it, I felt 500 g spaghetti completely dry without sauce, I had to look for the seafood in the spaghetti. Unfortunately not what we are used to. I won't order noodles here anymore, better to play it safe with the pizza they are very tasty and huge!

Operators do not adhere to Corona rules. The mask is mostly only worn under the chin. Distance is a foreign word and our waitress was in a good mood and joked around loudly with the regulars. Drinks have been a long time coming. The food? Was a failure ... I was sorry for the Vitello Tonnato. Who the hell comes up with the idea of ​​putting an unsealed salad under the slices of meat and placing the meat on top? Am i a bunny ???? The meat itself was rather tasteless and didn't really look fresh. The sauce was okay but not the burner either. My girlfriend had tortellini and I had the monkfish. The best thing for me was the side dish (potatoes) ... the fish itself had nice grill marks but was very tasteless ... my girlfriend's tortellini weren't anything special either. We deliberately decided not to have a dessert ... but when we went out we noticed the ice cream counter again and we took three scoops with us, which were also given to us. The two stars for it, because the man behind the counter was different from the one who served us. The ice cream is great, but that's not why we came. Normally I always give restaurants a second chance, but when my girlfriend and her colleagues went to eat there, the feedback (again) was mostly negative. That's why we won't go there anymore. Another reason for this is how criticism is handled here. In the case of another negative feedback, the owner of the shop only replied with "😂😂😂", which is simply a NO-GO ... regardless of whether the guest is / was right or wrong. This is not a professional attitude and response.

Food very good. Ambience very good. There is actually only a star deduction because orders and payments are only made by one person. This leads to unnecessary delays when the restaurant is full.

So folks, I like to go to the Ristomassimo. Yes, of course, when the restaurant is full you have to be patient, but I have to do the same at Lidl at the cash desk! The service was always nice to me. And the food tastes good, especially the pizza. Everything, especially the salad, is fresh and tastes very tasty. So I can recommend it with a clear conscience! And now let's be honest, if it were as bad as some claim, then the restaurant wouldn't be so busy every day.

Even one star is too much for this service. Unfriendly, inattentive staff, neither seniors nor children are treated in a friendly manner. And the food was totally tasteless, everything had to be salted up, although I actually use it sparingly myself. Once and never again.

Here are a few tips for this restaurant Tip 1, never go there with a disabled person! You do have a disabled parking space, but unfortunately a vehicle with a trailer is so inconvenient that you can hardly get out. Once this hurdle has been overcome, problem 2 follows, the exemplary ramp is unfortunately hardly accessible because there is a wooden hut. Then finally arrived in the restaurant you have to hear from the very unfriendly boss that we are too slow, after all there are other guests. Tip 2, if you are afraid of Corona, better avoid this restaurant. The regulations are not observed there in any way. Tip 3, if you are planning a party it is best to bring your own staff to clear away used glasses, bring cutlery (before the food arrives), pick up drinks ... And tip 4, never criticize the boss, otherwise you will be yelled at absolutely level and you will be banned from the house. But it doesn't matter, we don't want to go there anyway!

People people! First I had to recover from the negative experiences in the Ristomassimo. Unfortunately, I was influenced by Google and the ratings. Is sorted according to relevance, which falsifies the ratings here. Such a beautiful garden and such poor service. No smile, no real attention to the guest. I always had the feeling that I was disturbing. It was loud at the next table, a guest had probably complained. I was close too. It was busy, but that can't be left out on the guest. Other plans definitely have to be made here. It took forever for us to place the order, forever for the drinks to arrive and forever for us to pay. The pizzas were very good but that doesn't make up for the poor service. Heard that the boss works in another restaurant, you can tell from the behavior of the staff. As a sales representative, I travel a lot and therefore often eat in restaurants. This restaurant visit is definitely one of my top 5 bad experiences. I live and work in a neighboring town, would have loved to come back, but after this experience I will definitely not do it.

This restaurant doesn't deserve a star. It's a shame, because the outdoor area is very nice. Long waiting times, unfriendly and overwhelmed staff. One was particularly noticeable, he had a bun. I heard how he yelled at a guest, that doesn't work at all. How can a landlord do so much wrong and colorize such behavior. Visited this place on recommendation, but they will definitely never see me again. Definitely thumbs down.

We were there in a small group on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately little positive to report. Food solala ... Service bad (waiter ignores you) The boss should pay more attention to his staff. I've been thinking for a long time whether I should write an online recession or not. Since the landlord and staff are unfortunately not open to criticism, I decided to write a review. We celebrated a birthday in a larger group and had discussed this in advance, including what we wanted to eat, the number of people, etc. Unfortunately, the food was visually well prepared but otherwise not particularly good (frozen goods, something very overcooked, eternal waiting times!). The service was even worse: a strange combination of rudeness, impatience and yet totally chaotic and slow service - you have to get it that way first. Since I come from outside, I was rather surprised that the great hymns of praise deviated so much from reality. When the birthday child complained about the unfriendliness of the staff and the chaotic service to the owner after almost 2.5 hours, it got very loud afterwards - in front of all the guests. Sorry, mega unprofessional (admittedly from both sides - but you can expect a little more sovereignty from a restaurateur - at least if you are so proud of your reputation). I will spare all readers the exact content at this point. Since I come from outside anyway, the risk of repetition is 0 anyway - but I wouldn't recommend that either. That was just an insanely bad "round" birthday (from a gastronomic point of view). Personally, I can even imagine that you CAN also eat well, unfortunately, on our evening there was nothing to be noticed. The service, however, generally seems to be the weak point in this company - it also seems to pull itself through the reviews here. In the end, we had the feeling that we had to apologize that we were visiting - super uncool! Sorry, that was nothing.

Unfortunately it wasn't that sparkling - very unfriendly. Food in general and the pizza was very good. Service as already written in detail, very, very unfriendly and arrogant. Hygiene measures are completely ignored - completely.

Unfortunately I can only give one star. We celebrated my husband's birthday at the weekend. Although we announced the event with 28 people 6 weeks earlier and discussed everything 1 week in advance ... table arrangements, flowers, dishes, etc., most of our requests were simply not implemented or ignored. The service was a complete disaster. We wanted to greet our guests with a champagne reception, unfortunately that was not possible because the champagne and orange juice only arrived when the guests had all sat down at the table. That we then had to drink the champagne out of wine glasses was the lesser evil. It took 1 hour until the plates were cleared, the glasses used weren't cleared at all, which was taken over by an annoyed guest. You always had to be behind it so that someone came to the table to take the orders. Then wait forever. Nobody came by themselves. The boss is arrogant, unfriendly and rude. Criticism is not accepted. Only the starter platter deserves praise, therefore 1 star. Otherwise, the pasta dish I ordered was a disaster. Served cold, carelessly, tasteless and not as discussed a week ago. Some guests were rude and loudly urged to sit down, but this was not possible because a disabled lady could not clear the way so quickly. I can only advise everyone to celebrate with a party in this restaurant. You just have to be ashamed of yourself afterwards. There are still some negative things to say, but I'll spare you that. After my complaint, I was banned from the house :-), as if I would ever enter this restaurant again.

The food was very good, but the service was big. You have to have a lot of time to place the order until payment. We only have Ate a pizza with a salad and, despite multiple inquiries, we were there for 2 1/2 hours! We tried again and after 25 minutes we couldn't even place our drink order, we left the restaurant. TOO BAD!!

The food is delicious! Real Italian :) Everything fresh and very nicely served. The ambience is excellent. The outside area is beautifully laid out and the interior has been very nicely prepared. The service is super super nice and always easy to speak. We love coming here. We feel completely at ease :)

Service very negligent. After eating we had to wait over an hour for the waitress to come over and let us pay. After we pointed this out to her, she got very rude and even insulted us.

Nice ambience and good food, but that's about it. The flies buzz in the garden as soon as the food is served, staff very brisk, if not to say cheeky.

An awesome restaurant. Open at odd timings when others are closed. Taste and food quantity very good. Staff are nett and cooperative. Location , ambience awesome.
